Supposedly invented by the Egyptians (and climate later adopted by the Greeks) the ago handspring (BHS) is a skill that has a wealthy history.

But what fascinates me the most, is the believed of how they coached it earlier in the day.

All I deserve to assume, is that there was some serious trial and also error leading to epic fails… and I would’ve loved to check out it.
